Our chef, oversees the culinary direction and menus in both the Old Ox Restaurant and Cardinal Lounge, as well as the hotel’s banquet and catering operation. His focus is to promote eco-sustainability through environmentally friendly products, ‘food for thought’ entrees and farm-to-table initiatives. This includes his own garden at the hotel; used to create innovative dishes prepared with only the freshest ingredients.

Dining at Old Ox Grill offers guests the finest in bistro-styled cuisine with delicious and creative menu selections. The Old Ox Grill offers our guests a wide variety of culinary creations. Build your own breakfast or lunch selecting from our buffets, changing daily or order from our menu to enjoy one of our chef’s creations.

Enter Fireside Patio, our new seasonal outdoor happy hour spot. Where neighboring business employees, residents & our international hotel guests will relax & enjoy daily drink specials, small, sharable, gourmet plates (made with ingredients from Chef’s onsite garden!) and a fun, lively atmosphere.
